At what point do they become a terrorist? Remember, we're talking about people who haven't done anything, had no experience of how to do anything, and who (it now seems) hadn't got any of the equipment to let them do anything... is talking about bad things now a crime?

Never mind. I'm sure no future government would ever be tempted to misuse such a precedent in any way. Good libertarian future set out there for you.
