"We also have a lot of shade which does help with the air conditioning" I don't have cooling; saves even more $. But I sweat a lot on days like this. Ad remind mice elf my first 11 years were mostly in desert climates. A reminder of the genetic memory of where my thermostat was set. A hybrid 4WD pick-up is about the last (next) thing I want to get B4 retiring. Somebody has about 3 years to come up with one I can afford.
