It did. It was effective, just as this rain, which is coming down again, is effective in causing an uproar.

But could you with a straight face characterize that as a "full ground attack on the US"? Not hardly. If you think you can, please don't be surprised if you are judged either funny or pathetic, too. <g>

I guess it's not PC to laugh at people with delusions of grandeur, but that's a common reaction.
