Chispas, A minor Delphi comment. I am not in a position to make any kind of assessment regarding the Delphi labor situation, but I have noticed a renewed focus within the Delphi engineering community over the past two years. Someone in Delphi upper management has gotten the right message out and the Delphi culture has changed and improved. I see a greater acceptance of risk as Delphi embraces cost saving innovation. I would not buy the stock (or sell it) as I have no meaningful information on which to base such a decision. GT TH
