Kirk, while the moderators and owners make money off the click ad advertising? LOL - I think the Famous Writer has dropped off his trolley.allstocks.com quote: ...Lance...nice to see your post on SI. I look forward to your dialogue with those on the non-bull side of the house. [/QB] That's not gonna happen. I don't respect SI as a serious place to discuss issues from what I've seen so far. It strikes me more as an immature place where there's plenty of flaming and arguing, but no original thinking, and even less serious analysis. Further, why would I waste my valuable time arguing with the moderator Capt. Kirk, while the moderators and owners make money off the click ad advertising? I understand you'd like to see me rip these highschool mentality guys to shreads for entertainment value, but they are gonna have to pay me some of the $ they are making if they want to use me to increase the entertainment value, thereby increasing traffic, thereby increasing click ad revenue. I might be lured into having a serious analytical discussion with someone of integrity on that website who doesn't come right out of the gate throwing insults, but no one has stepped forward with that kind of character. Finally, why would I waste my valuable time arguing a position they would stand to benefit from? Think of it like this, someone has a winning lottery ticket. Now someone says dude, you've got the winning lottery ticket, go cash it in. Now imagine the guy with the lottery ticket arguing and saying "No I don't. No I don't." And you are like, "Yes you do. Look at this number right here." And the guy says, "No, I don't want to look at that number. I know I don't have the winning lottery ticket and I don't need to look at the number to know this." It's like you eventually reach a point where you say, "Dude, you're an idiot. I don't care if you cash in that lottery ticket or not. It's your loss, not mine." And you just throw your hands up and walk away. I don't see why so many people want to help other people become rich. I mean I know it's a nice jesture towards humanity sort of feeling, but when the person argues with you, leave it alone. Why help an idiot? Now it's different if they come into a bullish thread like this and attack. Then you can attack back, easily shaming them in front of everyone with facts and analysis of their latest financials. Countering an attack is noble and honorable. But aggresively attacking and trying to convince an idiot they "have the winning lottery ticket" sort of reveals something about the attacker, their vanity and need to be right and to convince everyone on the planet they are right, and are not satisfied until everyone views something exactly the way they do. It's vane, ego-centric ramblings, that while holding entertainment value for some, amount to a terrible waste of time. As the most excellent business entrepeneur Benjamin Franklin once said: "Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for time is the stuff life is made of...Time is money."
