Robert Barry, Gee, if that is a big deal, I wonder why, after all of the atomic bomb testing of past years hasn't turned us all into three eyed, one legged, mutant freaks.

You bring up an interesting point about the long lasting effects of the nuclear testing, accidents like Chernobyl, and the bombing of Japan, on our environment. I don't have an answer to that.

But...... air and water pollution IS a big deal. There are about 200,000 respiratory deaths, per year, attributed to the Asian Brown Cloud. If 200,000 died from the Cloud, imagine how many millions suffer from all kinds of nasty symptoms each and every day.

In some parts of North America, asthma rates, among children, have increased four-fold in 20 years. I wonder why? Could it have anything to do with increased air pollution?

Do you really feel that air pollution is healthy.
