I agree completely with everything that you said. I agree that we should be made aware of evidence of the WH power pattern unless it would be reckless to do so in terms of intelligence. And I agree that publishing this one isn't reckless. Imprudent, perhaps, but not reckless. There's a balance here, newsworthiness vs prudence. Given that publication is not totally without risk and the information is classified, my question remains: what is it about this particular activity that makes it so key to demonstrating that pattern that makes it worth publishing? I'm not seeing it. The pattern is already established. Why is this additional brick in the wall necessary?
