OT: Yes, I saw that, just going to post that to you. Maybe that's the way to handle it - small team, message sent, no messy occupation or nation building. Russia is really getting it's St*ff together...I saw where they can pay their debt off early from about 7 years ago - and are now a major oil and gas power - and with oil at 72/barrel...lots of good money for them. See, they do better now as a non-Superpower. Better economy, still a force to be reckoned with though.. >> Here is your answer>(I wonder what the Russians will do about this?)
