The Judicial Branch makes sure the rules and laws follow the principles of the U.S. Constitution. "

This is the heart of separation of powers.

"The foe should be a common enemy of the people, but in this case two wars are being fought."

Some would say that this is the real problem. One is the domestic enemy fighting anything good or bad for the country in their desperate desire to regain power.
