Dunno. I have not looked at it in this detail nor do I know that further research would answer that question. I have to assume that something about it is classified because that has been one of the complaints.

And surely after all the years you spent working for the government, you aren't going to argue that confidential information isn't misused by irresponsible employees.

Nope. Nor will I argue that the classification processes aren't often a farce. But there's still something about that stamp on the document that gives me pause. Sort of like looking for a wedding ring before you pick up a guy. Married is married and classified is classified and you don't aren't cavalier about either of them. Not necessarily rigid, either, but not cavalier.
