Tax evasion charges have been one of the most effective tools the feds have found to prosecute closely guarded mafia. It is a shame the IRS has been remiss to use this against the Clintons. It is public knowledge that they failed to report income they were legally required to. " just so long as the authorities don't try some kind of shell game with this...." It is difficult to restrain government prosecutors once they get a taste for power. One need look no further than Eliot Spitzer for recent proof of this.
