That type of evolution is larmarkian in nature, not darwinian. That is to say it influenced by it's use and experience and not just the circumstances of it's origin and reproduction.

As I wrote earlier, Darwinian evolution is much less complex. If the basics of the simpler evolution is not understood then the complex versions will be way out of grasp. Not that the process needs to be understood for it to happen. Evolution happens whether anyone is paying attention or not.
