Go to his website. It says he lives and works in Russia. And every single model of his also lives in Russia. Would be pretty hard to live anywhere else, wouldn't it?

Closest I've ever been to Russia was in Prague after 9-11, when I saw in the paper that Czeck authorities had poo-poo'ed the Dick Cheney lie that Mohammed Atta met with Iraq Intelligence there. Czeck authorities called it completely untrue. But Cheney went on repeating the same tall tale over and over. See how Cheney used 9-11 to try and jumpstart his Halliburton dream-come-true to invade Iraq and take over its oilfields?

Bush lauds American Spirit on eve of 9/11 anniversary

On the day before the nation observes the fourth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks and as recovery efforts continue along the storm-ravaged Gulf Coast, President Bush praised the American Spirit Sept. 10 in his weekly radio address.
