Clinton was innocent of all smear charges in the late 90's, including the harrassment and rape fallacies. Those lawsuits were paid for and cooked up up the far rightwing billionaires with Anne Coulter writing up many of the testimonies. It was all a big hoax and engineered to coincide with congress's look into Clinton's sex life. Why did they do this? because Clinton was the most successful presdient of modern times and the rightwing needed to start smearing him and cheating if they were ever going to have any hope of getting GW Bush and the oil business into the White House.
