it was explained that congress only has to pass authority for bush to hold military court martials and he will be within supreme court guidelines.

the senator talking said he tried to get a bill passed a year ago but there was no interest and he will re-introduce it , once passed then bush can allow military court proceedings.

Ya gotta feel sorry for Bush. He tries SO HARD to protect us from the Islamic fanatics but sadly he cant protect us from OURSELVES. The media, the Times in particular, the Democrats and now the Supreme Court. All bending over backwards to be goody twoshoes but all they are gonna get for us is UP the backside. jdn
