arrogant offensiveness It's a good thing that I'm not running for office. Sometimes people have to learn that mistakes have consequences. The policies that are wrong now have been proposed since Reagan's time. Reagan didn't have carte blanche to implement them is the big difference. Those who laughed at Sore-Loserman shirts or thought swiftboating was a spectator sport now have a big plate of poo where they though dessert was to go. Until they take a big sniff of that plate they are going to still be tempted to vote on a whim. I see no good reason that the idiots who voted for Bush jr. should be patted on the head and told that it really wasn't their fault, they shouldn't have been expected to make sense of the rhetoric. Bad as things are, they can get a lot worse if the extremists are not reigned in, and that is not going to be either easy nor pleasant. TP
