we do not have them (mosquito-infested). its strange my friends come down from boston and can sit out on deck without getting bit... where are the mosquitos?... i tell them look up and they see birds flying around.. barn swallows eat them like crazy and bats handle anything left over.

its fun to cut the grass and the barn swallows fly right next to you picking up the bugs you scare up while cutting. there will be four or five of them at a time when i am out there cutting.

Uh uh. When you aren't boiling in the summer, or freezing in the winter, you are canoeing down mosquito-infested rivers. No thanks.

Then there's Lyne Disease. Don't forget that one.
