Madharry, EDV.to. Couldn't it be interpreted that by voting themselves more EDV shares that they have even more incentive that the company does well? Or that they believe the the value of the company is so good that they want even more shares?
If the pie is growing, and I have share, is it really worth my selling out just because management wants a bigger slice?

You've done quite a bit of work on the company, and have followed it closely. I have not. I shall rely (rightly or wrongly) on your judgement here. I followed you in (eventually), and now I'll follow you out.
For me, sometimes I will bet on the jockey and sometimes on the horse.
