Notice that when the Republican Senators or Congressman want to respond to the Supreme Court decision they are quoted as saying all that the President has wanted to do is protect American Citizens... It's the same o same o rationale for usurping the Constitution imo.

Stop spinning. He didn't say it was preferable to GW, He said GW was more of a threat.
And having seen him before on this before, he was probably talking about a single terrorist driven event, not a nuclear war.
