CJ, So I can point at successful ones and you can point at failures. Not sure what point you make, but... Anyone can point out the growing disparity between rich and poor and say, "That's not good for society." You don't need an M.D. and an M.P.H. from Husky-ville to figure that out. So what is this "egalitarian treatment" that the doctor is prescribing? He doesn't say exactly, but there are so many references to wealth distribution that it's easy to infer what he means.
