John Does 1-100 - dismissed. Severe language against Zwebner for Improper Subpoenas. 6. UCSY v. Turner, CNN, Wolf Blitzer, Villasenor - dismissed. severe sanctions and legal fee payments against John Faro, UCSY's attorney. 7. Zwebner v. Coughlin (FLa.) - dimissed. 8. Zwebner v.
