what kind of sense does that make -- you model a 20x20 square -- in 10 days -- weather miles and miles away can affect the results in the 20x20 square --

Show me any serious scientist somewhere that claims you can predict temperature, pressure and humidity to within 95% accuracy -- that's laughable. What do you mean by 95% -- I don't even think you can predict whether or not it rains with that accuracy!!

Temperature accuracy is the percentage of forecasts within three degrees. Precipitation accuracy is the percentage of correct forecasts. The forecasts are collected in the evening.
