Any idea what this excerpt from the LEND securitization press release means? biz.yahoo.com The securitization is structured as a financing by Accredited with the result being that both the mortgage loans and the debt represented by the notes remain on Accredited's balance sheet. Accredited used the proceeds from the securitization primarily to repay warehouse financing for the mortgage loans. I thought they were laying off the risk on the buyers of the debt. Does this mean otherwise? BC
