If the Japanese do begin to raise their interest rates in July, that will mark the death knell of the global carry trade in which the currencies of low rate nations are borrowed and used to buy the currencies of higher rate nations. That will pull another large prop out from under the US Dollar.

The age of innocence is coming to an end for most debt ridden Americans.
