"Mind implies conscious awareness which involves brain power"

Translation: Thinking is done in the brain.

"Without brain you can have no awareness"

Translation: Thinking is done in the brain.

"Without awareness the brain has no consciousness."

Translation: If the brain is not thinking it is not thinking.

"Consciousness of the Universe is not the universe"

Translation: thinking about the moon is not the moon.

"Nor does the universe have meaning without consciousness"

Translation: Dead people don't care.

"If you take away the Universe there can be no consciousness."

Translation: Everybody has to be somewhere.

<Similarly with your discussion on mind and brain. Mind implies conscious awareness which involves brain power. Without brain you can have no awareness. Without awareness the brain has no consciousness.>

But that's the point... does the 'brain have consciousness' or does it 'interpret' for our consciousness?

<They both exist as inseparably as the wave and particle of an electron.>

Agreed, but a change in many scientist current view that mind "emerges" from the material brain would be a huge change in the view of many things, including the topic at hand.
