I'm linking a few URL's from this morning, but I would like to highlight two things about S&P. First, they are a conservative shop that doesn't have the normal banking or trading relationships that cloud the judgement of most analysts. Second, they put QCOM to a Strong Buy in mid 1998(or sooner) and held them there the entire run in 1999, dropping them to a hold the first week of 2000 on valuation. Now that was a call.
