Why does it seems to be so difficult to get answers to simple questions about anything connected with PLNI?

I don't think the average investor [...] a clue about the SEC investigation-- and I seriously doubt anyone who calls the company is being told of it

YARD...Yes, I am quite serious. They refused to to answer yes or no. I was told I would have to discuss it with John Murphy when he came back to the office on Wednesday. I asked "Why can't you answer a very simple question? Are you owned by Plasticon or not?" The response was "I can not answer that question." I then asked "You can not answer because you do not know the answer or is there some other reason?" She replied that she was not ALLOWED to answer that question, I must speak with Mr. Murphy when he returns. Now Yard, why is it she is not ALLOWED to answer a very simply question. I am sure it can not be because there is something wrong with the deal. After all Plasticon said the deal is done...I am sure they would not mislead the investment community....Right?

-Jeff... I couldn't agree more...

RE:(i.e. someone who doesn't read the message boards and learn of such filings almost the moment they happen), still doesn't have a clue about the SEC investigation--

With over 10,000 share holders in PLNI currently and probably at best 200-300 follow the message boards and filings on a day to day thing.

I would guess that over 95% of the PLNI share holders are in the Dark on the SEC informal Inquiry and don't have a clue!
