How about prison for Frist who helped lie about the Medicare bill and helped get the HMOP business 12 billion in corporate welfare, meanwhile owning huge amounts of HMO stock himself? And imprison whoever it was who pushed through the law that Medicare cannot negotiate with pharmacutical companies for lower prices? That is an outright ripoff of every American.
