If Cheney ordered Plame outed, he's a traitor and could be sued for treason, but likely he'll have a high powered lawyer and cut a deal, then get pardoned in 2008. Plame was a very important CIA operative. Her expertise was Iranian nukes. Think about how important that is ow, and how damaging to our national security Cheney-Bush were in outing her ID. No joke. Iran is a much bigger threat that Saddam ever was and they are connected with terrorism, unlike Saddam.
