Something like that; I don't want to use the word energy out of convention. So I prefer to think of ideas as being somewhat dimensional, like time. Always available, existing everywhere at once and always, without being in a specific local, and with specific limitations, except as we find it useful for the sake of our conscious awareness of things, to account for things of the past and in study of things to be discovered.
