BS. No terrorist would use traditional bank accounts without knowing he'd be red-flagged. Nor would anyone funding terrorists. The FISA court would also give immediate warrants to look into any such suspect bank accounts. This illegal surveillance isn't about counter-terrorism it's about some kind of gross abuse of power. No wonder they refuse to tell congress who they've been spying on. One thing you can bet on, it's not terrorists.
