IMO, as the level of fear about the SC goes up, the level of fury in the American public (ok, that small portion who actually pays attention) is rising as well.

It's amazing, especially around the 4th, that more people than I ever remember are really taking a serious look at what Washington, Franklin, Jefferson et al said and did. Who knew we would care so much this far down the line?

Who knew we would be in such a similar tizzy this far down the line?

Unbelievable.
