Coerced evidence is not OK

I see you have danced right down from "torture" to "coerced" in a hurry. These are all hack accusations by the left wing for political reasons. Why don't you wait until you have some real evidence before you sling this kind of mud against our military.

CB, the UN has NEVER agreed on what the definition of torture is. Everyone and every country has their own definition, it would appear. Unfortunately.

And do you have a trustworthy link for this statement:

Well, I guess we could dance around the definition of torture. The administration says that unless the person had broken bones or wounds that leave permanent scars, that's not torture.

That's the kind of rhetoric that is tossed around that does great harm to Americans, our Military, and all citizens of the world in general.

Opposite of coercion is "done by free will"

I don't notice the Government at any level, giving me tea and cookies, and speaking quietly and politely when they demand tax money, or whatever else, that I might not agree with.

Coercion by law is the rendition of a judgment or a decree by a court, tax assessment board, or other quasi-judicial body for an amount of money presently due that mandates the sale of property owned by the defendant to pay the judgment.
