Do soldiers in our military rape women? You bet they do. Should I interpret that as your answering my question? That this is not the first investigation of a credible charge of rape-murder of an Iraqi woman by US troops? If it is the first, then I think it's front page news. (Rape-murder is an escalation of atrocity, IMO. I realize that that is debatable, but it's my opinion.) If it isn't the first, then it isn't front page news.
