"If you're denying the democrats haven't redistricted for their benefit," I am not denying it, so quit putting up that particular straw man. What I am saying is find a case where Democrats redestricted after it has already been done for a particular census. What is new in the game is that as soon as there is a shift in power, the winners can now redistrict without waiting for a new census. Which means a state can be redistricted at every state election.
