there would have been a freeze on ability to collect perhaps starting at age 50. no effect on those older.

soc sec and other social programs make up majority of budget it is those programs that really need to be address.

spending has been huge, bush part of problem no veto on bills and both parties have been running with unbalanced checking accounts.
