Maybe the NYT has a mole from the terrorists working for them in some capacity.

Maybe that's why they had at least the 4 articles that were posted by CB that seem like a set up, when one looks at them from the distance of time....

What would make the NYT ASSUME the terrorists ASSUMED anything of the sort? Unless of course, the NYT wanted to make it clear to them that the 9-11 Commission, the Congress, and yes, even the NYT wanted some commission to oversee financial transactions of terrorists and wantabe terrorists.
