Sure, Americans are free to marry anyone of the opposite sex. especially if they have money. And Kerry signed a rpre-nup so he doesn't get a dime of Theresa's money. Not a dime. Laura Bush married for money though. Bigtime money and huge power. The most elite family in the country. Super industrial-military magnates. She also married a heavy drinker, BS artist and total A-hole. But she figured she could straighten him out. Now he's sleeping with Condi and Laura is outraged. When will she blow?

Maybe marrying an heiress is better than marrying commune hairless. Kerry is her latest condiment in her political ambitions. Maybe after he fails again she will give up on him and run for some office herself. She might be able to spend enough to make for a difficult time for the Conservative Senator from Massachusetts. Teddy would be doing the country a larger service than he ever has before by retiring. If he took Kerry with him into retirement he might be in line for some sort of medal.
