Oh, ye of little faith! If the Armed forces network was getting it free when Fox bought the Baseball contract, you can be sure they are still getting it the same way.

The article is implying that the Armed Forces network got World Cup soccer free four years ago and can't get it free this time because the Euros have got snippy about us. I don't know if this is for sure.
