does that help ? Not a bit. It was an example, one that had distracting complications were one predisposed to distraction rather than just accepting the example at face value. I have picked a better example rather than get into a discussion of the ownership of the rights the the World Series. The rights to the NBA Finals are more clear cut. The point is that no one but rights holders to American content would likely make any broadcast available to American troops for free.
