The system is non-linear and can be in two states which it flips in between. I now understand much better some of my previous results with simple time series models applied to stock prices. My best guess is this rally is ABC and is a B or X wave correcting the decline since May. It would be followed by a Y or C down. Of course we might go to new highs as Henry and seems Shack think... but I am skeptical. McClellan Summation though supports that notion as it seems to be just turning around from a bottom.
