If I can't find a 100% solution per the above and my choice is one short driver in a thousand dies compared to 20-30 others who die from not wearing seatbelts, then I would suggest you find a good custom car seat because you would be SOL from me.

But of course that is a false dichotomy.

Not to mention terrible prejudice against short people... <g>

And even if it weren't a false dichotomy, I could argue that letting 20-30 kill themselves could be considered more moral than causing one to die. But that's way too far down the garden path...

I would vote for that amendment to the overall seatbelt law.
