How was this guilt determined? Did a court sentence them to Gitmo?

Most of them were never subject to US law.

Did we let the rest go?

They just took up arms to fight and destroy the US.

They must be able to throws rock really, really far – whoever “they” are.
This is a supposition that needs some kind of proof. Can I see it, please.

What would you charge them with?

With enough time, I could think of anything. We’ve had a few years now; it shouldn’t be too hard. How about drug dealing? It worked for Norriega. A good DA could rattle off a half a dozen crimes, and get a Grand Jury indictment the following day.

How would you bring a case without destroying the current war effort?

In a US court of law.
