The Palestinian suicide bombers are called terrorists. Are their victims, the Israeli populace, "terrorized"

Perhaps you haven't seen any of the recordings of people a short time after an explosion. The terror and confusion is more than obvious. Your comfortable retrospective is an illusion you have created in your easy chair.

Terror, like all violence and most traumatic events does fade fast for those far removed from the seen. Those nearby are impacted quite differently. They are either dead or maimed and frequently suffer long term pathologies directly related to the event.

Your cool assessment of how a population reacts may have much to do with a disconnect to events. Because you or your neighbor don't seem concerned at the moment, doesn't mean you wouldn't produce bags of trouser chilly if a bomb went off in your presence. Maybe you will never know that and hopefully you won't, however, terrorist acts have a devastating affect on people. For you, it has simply desensitized you to the television images. To others, it can and is a lasting memory and a fear that is only fools deny.

The Palestinian suicide bombers are called terrorists.

What else? They blow themselves up in the midst of innocent people at the marketplace... what would you call them?

Are their victims, the Israeli populace, "terrorized" ?

Yes, absolutely...anyone that thinks otherwise needs to check their meds.

The Israelis are defiant, which in fact, is the normal reaction for any group with the capability to strike back

that in no way changes the fact that they have been terrorized. Have you ever seen the face of a person and their reaction at the time a bomb goes off near them? I have and you better believe that terrorized IS the correct word.

You are absolutely correct, IMHO.

You should simply be dismissed for cause, like Duh Reb'runt Jesse Jackazz,
as a just another ignorant flaming arsehole and obnoxious greenhouse gas generator.

Terrorists terrorize. Neighbors who terrorize are called terrorists. If you truly believe that people who use asymmetrical attacks because they cause terror are just garden variety enemies then your opinion is different than mine.

Striped of the emotional language TG said "The terrorist is a terrorist because they attempt to evoke terror with their acts. ... One of the greater goals of a terrorist is to create a need for the victims to be protected and causing a country, state etc. to oppress or at least limit normal freedoms and customs of the populace in order to provide them a degree of safety. The governments have a difficult balance to achieve..."

This appears to be true on the face of it.

Concerning your question, "what is a person called who argues with an idiot?"

Well, good to know you are honest enough to admit and acknowledge what you are.

Israel does not target Civilians for the sake of killing civilians.

Terrorist do exactly that (hint: 911) (hint: suicide bombers) and I could go on and on, but people who don't have "BUSH HATER" scribbled on their pointy little heads get that.

HUGE DIFFERENCE .... Striking Hamas in retaliation or whatever reason is an enemy (to use your word) valid target. And vice a versa, if Hamas targeted Israeli military, a valid target in their struggle. Difference is, Hamas is a known supporter/enabler of suicide bombers, etc. A terrorist sponsored government like the Taliban was using terrorism and killing of innocent civilians as a strategy in their effort to get their 15 seconds of fame and the mindset that it is the holy call of God to do so. CrAzY!!!!!!!

Wake up! you can't see your foot for your A(r)ss!
