Rush Limbaugh goes to the Dominican Republican to hire underaged kids to test out his Viagra. In Holland, prostitution is legal, safe and regulated. They test the chicks weekly and it's all perfectly acceptable. In Dominican Republican it's a wide open third world meat market with no STD testing, no minimum ages, no safeguards, no law and order and plenty of fat sexual predators getting their jollies. Rush Limbaugh should know better. But he has a serious character problem.
