According to HKEPC the 65W version drops from $323 to $194. The 35W version basically stays the same dropping only $2 from $364 to $362.

ADD3800CUBOX 35W AM2 Was $415(preorder) Now $234 (preorder)

preorder price includes shipping but denotes lack of stock all based on labs.anandtech.com.

Either the 35W parts are being soaked up by notebook packaging or the desktop 35W parts are getting soaked up by OEM use first or there just aren't many 35W parts...
