I should add that I was always in small business, in fact I was raised in it. I dropped an accounting degree when I was about 35 years old. Looked like a desk job to me, and here I sit instead of fishing with Oral.

LBighorn, Decent treatment, high enough wages depending on the financial situation of the company, and incentives, are exactly what every business needs to grow and prosper. Handled right, management and employees of a business can be like family. All with the same goals and the drive to reach them together. We were fortunate to achieve that association with our employees, and all went well. A union called for an election 4 times, and the employees voted it down every time.
