Jefferson & McKinney are not exceptions...there are many dishonest, arrogant liberals in the US congress. Ted Kennedy is promoting amnesty for those who broke our immigration laws in direct opposition to the majority of American citizens. Pres Bush is just as arrogant on this issue...he has finally realized the amnesty issue triggered the downward spiral in his approval ratings. The US senate & WH have ignored the wishes of American citizens on the illegals issue, until this week. The House is winning the day with their tougher stance, which is more in line with voters priorities.
