The Founding Fathers are probably rotating in their graves like tops. CB, we have over 100,000 men over there. Of course there are rape/murders, as there are here. You know this. You are trying to blow this up into an indictment of our country. I like you, but you are getting "Johnny one note" on this subject, and I find it tiresome. The Founding Fathers are probably rotating in their graves like tops" your posts are getting more extreme. you take a few instances of rape or gang rape and now we have a constitutional crisis... i don't see the same reactions coming from your political posts on democrat control in cities and the crime of rape and murder. I believe you could make more of a contribution if you spent your time fighting crime in fairfax county. I assume though you may be a defense lawyer.

In other words, they're guilty until proven innocent beyond a shadow of a doubt. Just "charge" someone. That's all that's necessary for military personnel. After all, we know someone 50 years ago in the military did the same thing.
