Thanks, maybe I'll get ambitious and do it this fall. I have one counter top that would be easy (just a single flat section with no frills). After that, I could tackle the section with the sink cut out and tiny elbow to the right. Maybe I'd replace the fawcets while I'm at it.

There is no reason to use Corian, which is even harder to obtain from Dupont than it used to be without going through their fabricator certification. There are many very available similar substitute products.

You will need lots of clamps and the correct manufacturers glue for the gluing up of the build-up strips at the exposed fronts. Be careful when gluing up undermount sinks.
